This is our last work day at Stebbins Cold Canyon before it gets too hot to safely enjoy the area. This favorite hiking spot is in constant need of restoration due to the high number of visitors. Come help Keep this great spot safe and enjoyable! Please bring snacks, lunch, WATER, and work gloves – Tuleyome will provide needed tools. Dress for the weather and getting dirty!
The plan is to split into two groups to tackle a couple of different projects – both of which are some distance from the trailhead. One group will work on touching up an old landslide while the other will head up Annie’s Trail to sink sign posts and give it a “summer trim”.
In an attempt to avoid the hot temperatures, we are going to meet at the trailhead at 7:30 am!
