Nourishing Hike at American River Bend Park

Tuleyome and The Yoga Seed Collective are teaming up to offer a relaxing hike in American River Bend Park in Sacramento. The event will include stretching and relaxation led by one of The Yoga Seed Collective’s instructors followed by a hike through the beautiful American River Bend Park. This 444-acre park, which is part of the American River Parkway, includes many native and endemic plant species as well as wild turkeys and deer.

Yoga Seed is Sacramento’s first and only nonprofit yoga studio with a vision of a world where every human has access to yoga as a tool for stress reduction. We have dozens of trauma informed programs in the region, and 33 accessible studio classes a week.

Length: 3-4 miles

Difficulty: easy

Terrain & Elevation: mostly level, paved or gravel trails

Vegetation: some oaks and open spaces
