Wednesday Walk – Lake Solano

Lake Solano County Park, 10 minutes west of Winters, provides a wonderful setting for an enjoyable, low-stress walk. This park is on the south side of Lake Solano and provides the opportunity to see water fowl, peacocks, oaks, buckeyes, and perhaps a screech owl. Bring water, snacks, and dress for the weather. There is a $6 day use fee.

Difficulty: Easy

Length: Will depend on the group

Terrain/Exposure: Mostly level, dirt or paved pathway (dependent on which direction we choose). Mostly open but some trees and bushes next to path.

Questions: Contact Nate Lillge at nlillge@tuleyome.org

Note: All participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Tuleyome’s waiver of liability which can be seen and downloaded HERE.
