We will meet at the trailhead across from Camp Haswell on Highway 16 at 8 AM. After a moderate hike to the worksite, we will be using Pulaskis, Macleods, shovels, and Maddocks to construct new trails. Bring water, snacks, lunch, and work gloves.
Tuleyome began the construction of a new trail in Valley Valley Vista Regional Park in 2016. Volunteers have since continued the work. This work day will continue the effort to reach 6 miles of new trail in the park.
Note: All participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Tuleyome’s waiver of liability which can be seen and downloaded HERE. All participants also understand that photographs will be taken at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must tell the photographer and avoid the camera’s line of sight.
A $5 donation to Tuleyome is requested, but is not required to participate in this event.
