Snow Mountain Camping – CANCELLED!!

The northern anchor of Berryessa Snow Mountain National Monument is Snow Mountain and the wilderness area around the twin peaks. Previous Tuleyome events have hiked to the summit of the peaks to take in the wonderful views. This time we are offering something a little different – the chance to explore the area north of Snow Mountain. Access to Snow Mountain from the north consists of winding through pine forests, crossing mountain streams and beautiful meadows.

Due to the long drive to the trailhead, we will be meeting in Elk Creek for dinner, setting up camp, and hiking and driving home on Sunday. No dogs, rain (or snow) cancels. Logistics will be provided closer to the date.

Note: All participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Tuleyome’s waiver of liability which can be seen and downloaded HERE. All participants also understand that photographs will be taken at the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must tell the photographer and avoid the cameras’ line of sight.

A $5 donation to Tuleyome is requested, but is not required to participate.
