Fourth event in Tuleyome’s Monumental Activities Series!
This is a hard one! To reach the summit of Berryessa Peak, you will hike approximately 7.25 miles, one way, with 3500-feet of elevation gain. There is only one way in and one way out of the public lands to which this trail provides access.
Difficulty: Difficult
Length (round trip): 14.5 miles
Terrain & Elevation: Steep! 3500 ft gain
Vegetation & Exposure: Mostly oak grasslands at lower elevations which gives way to chaparral at higher elevations
